- A sour is a cocktail(often based on whisky and gin mixed with lemon or lime juice and sugar)
- A cheater tin covers a glass so you can shake vigorously
- A Hawthorne strainer has a wire spring on one side to keep ice out of drinks.
- Coupe glasses are bowl-shaped, with a stem.
- “Convex meniscus” is a fancy way of saying “curved crescent shape”.
